  • cream cheese - 225 g
  • butter - 50 g
  • walnuts - 25 g
  • flour - 25 g
  • sugar - 100 g
  • egg - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Finely grind the nuts in a blender. Take a thick-bottomed saucepan, put it on medium heat, and put the butter in it, when it is slightly melted, add the nuts and flour, and mix everything until smooth.

3. Take the muffin tins, put a teaspoon of dough in each tin, and press lightly to the bottom. Put them in the oven for 5 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese, egg, and sugar in a blender until smooth.

5. Spoon the resulting cream over the cakes and bake for 20 minutes.

6. When the cheesecakes are ready, let them cool and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
