- Egg – 3 pcs.

- Boiled condensed milk – 300 g
- Baking powder – 10 g

- Salt – a pinch
For the cream:
- Cream 33% or sour cream – 500 g
- Boiled condensed milk – 80 g

- Vanilla sugar – 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, add boiled condensed milk and butter at room temperature to the mixture.

2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the egg mixture, but not all at once, but in three passes and mix well to make the dough thick.
