If you like a delicious, flavorful Honey cake that takes a long time to prepare, you can always find an alternative recipe for an equally delicious dessert and prepare it in just 30-40 minutes.

Cook Alina Foodie has shared a recipe for a delicious Caramel cake with condensed milk on her YouTube channel.

Ingredients:

  • Flour – 220 g
  • Egg – 3 pcs.
  • Boiled condensed milk – 300 g
  • Baking powder – 10 g
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Salt – a pinch

For the cream:

  • Cream 33% or sour cream – 500 g
  • Boiled condensed milk – 80 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, add boiled condensed milk and butter at room temperature to the mixture.

2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the egg mixture, but not all at once, but in three passes and mix well to make the dough thick.

3. Divide the finished dough into 2 equal parts, spread it on the parchment to make the cake thin.

4. Bake each cake for 6-8 minutes at 180 C.

5. Trim the edges of the finished cakes, grind them in a blender, and cut each cake into 2, 3, or 4 pieces.

6. Cream: whip the chilled cream with vanilla sugar, add the boiled condensed milk, mix.

7. Spread the cooled cakes generously with cream, and sprinkle the top and sides of the cake with crumbs.

8. Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to soak it well.
