To make the meat juicy and, most importantly, safe for the body, it is best to marinate it 2 hours before cooking and only with natural seasonings.
Oleksandra Kyrylenko, a nutritionist and head of the Scientific Council of the Association of Nutritionists of Ukraine, told OBOZREVATEL exclusively.
"Meat should be marinated 2 hours before cooking, and only salt, pepper, and Italian or Provencal herbs should be used as spices," the nutritionist believes.
