Stewed cabbage is an everyday dish, and almost never a festive one. Despite its incredible taste, it is rarely served to guests on holidays as people think it is too simple. However, this is easily fixed with the help of one secret.
Stewed cabbage can be easily made into a galette. It turns out to be 2-in-1 - both pie and cabbage. In addition, it looks very unusual and festive at the same time.

Ingredients:
For the dough:
- flour - 300 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- boiling water - 160 ml
- vegetable oil - 100 ml
For the filling:
- cabbage - 1/2 pcs
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- dill - 1 bunch
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the dough. Combine flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Pour in boiling water and vegetable oil and knead the dough. Wrap in plastic film and leave for 20 minutes.
2. Prepare the filling. Chop the cabbage, dice the onion, and grate the carrots.
3. Stew the vegetables together until tender. Add salt, pepper and chopped dill.
4. Roll out the dough, put the filling in the middle and wrap the sides of the dough to form a galette.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
