For some, soup is a daily dish, while others do not eat them at all, and this is also not critical, since our body does not have a fundamental need for the first liquid dishes. But it is very important for our health that we eat not only raw food but also heat-treated food.
On her Instagram page, nutritionist Svitlana Fus recommended eating soups and preparing them in such a way as to preserve the maximum value of all the ingredients.
The expert noted that people with various diseases of the digestive system should cook
- Low-fat broths made from poultry, rabbit, and beef are highly nutritious products;
- puree soups are gentle nutrition for the gastric and intestinal mucosa.
Fus named the basic rules for cooking soup:

- The soup should consist of vegetables - potatoes, onions, carrots, you can add any vegetables to taste - celery, parsnips, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, all kinds of cabbage, and herbs.
