Low-flour syrniki: keep their shape and don't burn
To make cottage cheese pancakes hold their shape and not fall apart, more flour is usually added to them. However, this makes the dough quite dense and the cottage cheese is not felt. Therefore, you need to follow the correct technology for kneading and shaping the dish.

Ingredients for 12 cottage cheese pancakes:
- cottage cheese - 400 g (low-fat)
- flour - 50 g
- sugar - 50 g
- yolk - 1 pc
- salt - a pinch
- oil / butter - for frying
- flour for powdering
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, egg yolk, and a pinch of salt, grind everything with a tablespoon, add flour, and mix.
2. Put the curd mass on a floured surface and form a sausage.
3. Cut it into 12 pieces.
4. Roll each one in flour and shape into the desired shape.
5. Pour vegetable oil into a non-stick frying pan, and add a piece of butter.
6. Lay out the cottage cheese pancakes.
7. Cook either under a lid, over low heat until golden brown, or without a lid.
8. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
