Ingredients:
- trout or salmon – 300 g
- cream cheese
- spinach – a pack
- garlic – 1 clove
- onion – 1 pc.
- puff pastry – 0.5 kg.
- egg yolk – 1 pc.
- salt, pepper – to taste
- oil – 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the puff pastry into 2 pieces.
2. Roll out the length and width so that your fish will fit.
3. Fry onion and garlic in oil and add spinach.
4. As soon as the spinach decreases in volume, turn it off.
5. When cool, add cheese, pepper and salt to taste.
6. Put the fish on the dough, top with a spinach-cheese pillow, then cover with another sheet.
7. Make fins, tail, and eye from the leftover dough.
8. Brush with egg yolk.
9. Place in the oven at 180-190 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
