  • sea fish fillet - 1.5 kg
  • white bread - 4 slices
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • warm milk - 100 ml
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation

1. Cut the fish into pieces.

2. Cut the crusts off the bread and soak in warm milk.

3. Grind the bread and fish in a meat grinder.

4. Add eggs, flour, salt and spices to the minced meat. Mix well.

5. Form the cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs.

6. Put them on a cutting board and put them in the freezer for half an hour.

7. Fry in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
