Ingredients:
- minced meat I have 300 g of chicken + 300 g of beef
- egg 1 pc
- 1 onion
- boiled rice 300 g
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Add boiled rice, egg, grated onion, and spices to the minced meat and mix well.

2. Form meatballs and fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown.

3. Put in a baking dish and pour over the following sauce: sour cream 100 g + tomato paste 2 tbsp + flour 1 tbsp + water 300 ml + smoked paprika.
