Ingredients:
- fillet - 200 g
- cream - 1 cup
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- spinach - 300-400 g
- olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:
- Cut the fillet into cubes, and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
- Chop the garlic and add to the meat, mix.
- Pour in the cream, pepper, salt, and mix again.
- Wash the spinach, chop it coarsely, and add it to the pan, mix thoroughly, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

- avocado - 1 pc.
- canned corn - 100 g
- tomato - 2 pcs.
- lemon - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
- Cut the fish into large pieces, season with salt and pepper, and roll in cornmeal.
- Heat a frying pan with oil, fry the fish well on both sides until golden brown. Put it on a paper napkin to drain all the fat.
- Dressing: cut the avocado flesh into cubes, add the corn, juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper, and chopped tomato. Mix everything thoroughly.
