What to cook with spinach to keep it healthy: an elementary idea
Nowadays, spinach is actively grown in gardens, but it is also bought at markets. This green is not very capricious, has a pleasant taste and a lot of nutrients. But, like any healthy product, spinach loses its benefits when cooked. Therefore, the best idea is to make a cream soup, for which the greens should be raw.

Ingredients:
- spinach – 250 g
- potatoes – 200 g
- onion – 1 pc
- garlic – 1 clove
- coconut cream – 200 g (you can use regular)
- boiling water – 750 ml
- ground nutmeg – 1/3 tsp
- salt, pepper, suneli hops
- olive oil, butter
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes, and drain the water.
2. Chop the onion, mash the garlic, and fry in vegetable oil with butter until transparent.
3. Then add the spinach and spices and stew together.
4. Add the stewed spinach, boiling water, and cream to the boiled potatoes.
5. Blend everything in a blender.
6. Complete the flavor with spices, if necessary.
7. Bring to a boil and turn off.
