Food blogger Inna Levenets (inna_levenets) shared a recipe for banana muffins on her Instagram page, which requires only 5 ingredients and 15 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients for 10 muffins:
- bananas – 3 pcs
- peanut butter – 80 g
- honey\maple syrup – 80 g
- flour – 150 g
- baking powder – 1\2 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Bananas mash in mashed potatoes.
2. Add the syrup and paste to the mashed potatoes. Stir.
3. Add flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
4. Put the dough into the molds.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
