Ingredients:

  • suluguni - 400 g
  • Adyghe cheese or cottage cheese - 100 g
  • parsley, cilantro - 1 bunch each
  • cream - 30 ml
  • salt, pepper, spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible.
  2. Filling: Grate the suluguni on a coarse grater, and put it in a bowl.
  3. Add cottage cheese or Adyghe cheese to it.
  4. Chop the cilantro and parsley, add it to the cheese along with salt and spices, and mix thoroughly.
  5. Put the prepared filling into the dough, pour cream on top, and cook until tender.

Ingredients:

  • any fish fillet to your taste - 1 kg

  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the fillet and pass through a meat grinder or whisk in a blender until smooth together with the onion.
  2. Chop the greens and add them to the minced meat along with the water.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Pumpkin and bacon filling

Ingredients:

  • pumpkin pulp - 300 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • lard - 50-60 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Finely chop the pumpkin with a grater, blender, or just a knife.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and add to the pumpkin.
  3. Also, chop the lard or pass it through a meat grinder, add to the pumpkin, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.

4. Potato filling

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
  • onions - 2-3 pcs.
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 5-6 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft.
  2. Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  3. Chop the herbs and garlic.
  4. Mash the potatoes, add the onion, herbs and garlic, salt, pepper and mix well.
