How to make herring and potato salad
Herring and potatoes are a perfect combination that has quite a few fans. It has become especially popular in Ukraine. But if until recently you've been eating these foods one by one with bread, now you can make a full-fledged salad. It will perfectly complement any celebration or become a full meal.

Herring and potato salad.
Ingredients:
- herring (you can take a ready-made fillet or clean and cut the whole fish)
- chicken or quail eggs (boiled)
- potatoes in their skin
- onions (white or red)
- greens (to taste)
Cleaning herring fillets.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the herring, boiled potatoes and eggs into pieces (large or medium - to taste)

2. Chop the onion in half rings. Finely chop the herbs.

3. Mix all the ingredients.
Eggs for the dish.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Dress the salad with olive or sunflower oil.
