Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared on Instagram a recipe for healthy coconut cheesecakes that you can cook in the oven in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for cheesecakes
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Cottage cheese 5-9% - 500 g
  • Sugar or sugar substitute - 20 g
  • Semolina - 50 g
  • Coconut flakes - 60 g
  • Olive oil - 5 ml

How to prepare:

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar with a mixer until a dense foam. If you like it sweeter, just increase the amount of sugar to 50-100 grams.
  2. Add cottage cheese, continue beating with a mixer, and add a few drops of oil.
  3. Pour in the semolina, and coconut flakes and continue beating.
  4. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, spoon out the cheesecakes, put them in the preheated oven, and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Let it sit for another 10 minutes and serve.
