Breakfast is a very necessary meal for everyone because it gives an impetus and starts the whole body, saturating it with energy for several hours. That's why it should be, first and foremost, healthy, as well as hearty and tasty, especially in the fall.
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared on Instagram a recipe for healthy coconut cheesecakes that you can cook in the oven in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Cottage cheese 5-9% - 500 g
- Sugar or sugar substitute - 20 g
- Semolina - 50 g
- Coconut flakes - 60 g
- Olive oil - 5 ml
How to prepare:
- Beat the eggs with the sugar with a mixer until a dense foam. If you like it sweeter, just increase the amount of sugar to 50-100 grams.
- Add cottage cheese, continue beating with a mixer, and add a few drops of oil.
- Pour in the semolina, and coconut flakes and continue beating.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment, spoon out the cheesecakes, put them in the preheated oven, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Let it sit for another 10 minutes and serve.
