The idea of preparing a diet pie without flour and sugar is published on the Instagram page ofnutriciologist Natalia Iolkna(nutriciolognatali). You will only need 3 simple ingredients for the pastry.
Ingredients:
- sweet apple - 1 pc.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- cocoa powder - 20-25 g
Method of preparation:
1. Slice apple and peel from seeds.
2. Add all the ingredients to the blender.
3. Whisk until smooth.
4. If more sweetness is needed, add a teaspoon of honey.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Serve with your favorite berries.
7. Top with 10 g peanuts.
