How to conserve crispy cucumbers for the winter: a delicious preservation option
Canned cucumbers are a great winter snack. If you seal the vegetables properly, they will be very crispy and juicy. To do this, you need a few simple ingredients to add flavor and spice.

Ingredients for one liter jar:
- cucumbers - 500 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp with a slide
- salt - 1 tbsp with a slide
- water - 500 ml.
- vinegar - 2 tbsp
- garlic - 1 clove
- allspice - 3 peas
- horseradish, dill and bay leaf
Method of preparation:
1. Cover small cucumbers with cold water and leave to soak for 2 hours.
2. After two hours, drain the water and wash the cucumbers well.
3. Dry the vegetables, cut off the noses and tails.
4. Put the horseradish leaves, garlic, peppercorns, dill umbrella and bay leaves on the bottom of the jar.
5. Put the cucumbers as tightly as possible.
6. Pour boiling water over the full jars, cover and let the cucumbers stand for 10-15 minutes.
7. Pour the cucumbers twice. Pour the marinade over the third time.
8. For the marinade, carefully drain the water from the jars into a saucepan.
9. Add sugar and salt.
10. Stir and let it boil.
11. Then, when the marinade has boiled, remove from heat and add vinegar.
12. Pour the marinade over the cucumbers to the edges of the neck, tighten the lid well. Put the jars of cucumbers under a blanket to cool gradually.
