1. Pumpkin baked in spicy caramel

Ingredients:

  • pumpkin pulp - 800 g
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • brown sugar - 2 tbsp
  • cinnamon - to taste
  • ground nutmeg - to taste
  • ground ginger - to taste
  • ground cloves - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the pumpkin, cut off the rough skin, and cut it into large pieces.
  2. Melt the butter and grease a baking dish with it.
  3. Put the pumpkin in a single layer and drizzle it with the remaining butter, sprinkle with brown sugar, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  4. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C.

2. French fries with parmesan and paprika in the oven

Ingredients:

  • pumpkin - 300 g
  • parmesan cheese - 100 g
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp.
  • starch - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves - optional
  • herbs and spices of any kind - to taste
  • cilantro, parsley - 30 g each

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and cut the pumpkin into small cubes, sprinkle with starch and mix.
  2. Then add the oil, pepper, garlic, and salt, and mix everything well so that all the pieces are covered with spices.
  3. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, put the finished pumpkin in a single layer, and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 C.
  4. Mix finely grated Parmesan cheese and chopped herbs. Sprinkle the pumpkin with this mixture before serving.
  5. 10 minutes before the end, take out the baking sheet and sprinkle the pumpkin with grated parmesan and herbs.
