Crepes are a favorite breakfast dish. They are very satisfying and light at the same time. Sweet or savory filling, coffee, tea, fruit, or juice – everything goes with pancakes. But not everyone can cook them properly.

The most important thing in making pancakes is the preparation:
- Start actively beating the dough with a mixer only when the flour has settled.
- Mix all the ingredients of the dough with a whisk instead of a mixer.
- First, heat the frying pan over high heat and fry the pancakes over medium heat.
- Swirl the frying pan with the batter so that it is evenly distributed on the surface.
- To make the pancakes elastic, stack them on top of each other.
Recipe for thin pancakes
Ingredients:
Eggs - 8 pcs.
Flour - 10 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Milk - 900 ml
Oil - 120 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Combine the eggs with the flour with the mixer turned off at first. Only when the top flour settles, turn on the mixer at medium speed and beat until smooth. If the mass is too thick, add a few spoons of milk.
2. Add the rest of the milk, salt and sugar. Mix everything with a whisk without using a mixer.
3. Heat a frying pan.
4. Add the oil to the dough and mix everything evenly.
5. Reduce the heat to medium.
6. Pour the dough into the pan in a thin layer, turning it to make sure that the mass is evenly distributed, especially at the edges.
7. Bake the pancakes on one side until the edges are dry.
8. Use a silicone spatula to separate the edge of the pancake from the pan in a circular pattern. Then leave the pancake for another 30-40 seconds and turn it over.
9. Bake on the other side for another 20-30 seconds.
10. Stack the pancakes on top of each other.
