Ingredients:

  • 250 g of ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 tbsp. sugar
  • lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all ingredients and beat with a blender until smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into the molds and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes, turn on the convection mode for the last 10 minutes.

Serve with sour cream or your favorite yogurt and berries!
