Today's recipe is for lean zucchini cutlets from actress and TV presenter Olha Sumska. Olha shared the recipe in a story on her Instagram page, and she cooks them without adding eggs or other animal fats, which is ideal for the upcoming Lent.
Sumskaya did not specify the amount of ingredients, so OBOZREVATEL's editorial team used trial and error to calculate the ideal proportions.
It will take:
- boiled rice - 3 tbsp.
- large zucchini - 1 pc.
- green onions - a small bunch
- flour - optional
- salt, pepper - to taste
- oil - for frying
How to cook:
- Grate the zucchini, mix with boiled rice.
- Add finely chopped green onions, salt and pepper.
- Add flour in portions until the patties are well molded.
- Form the patties and fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
