  • Plums - 12 pcs
  • Butter - 100 g

  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp

Ingredients:

  • Plums - 10 pcs.
  • Milk - 125 ml
  • Flour - 250 g
  • Melted butter - 150 g
  • Granulated sugar - 150 g
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
  • Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
  • Lemon zest - 1 tsp
  • A pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar for serving

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar.
  2. Add flour, vanilla sugar, milk, butter and salt. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  3. Add baking powder and lemon zest.
  4. Wash the plums and divide them into halves.
  5. Pour the batter into the baking dish and top with the plums.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Decorate with powdered sugar.

  2. Add kefir and vegetable oil. Beat until smooth.
