Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Plums - 12 pcs
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. 
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift the flour and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Beat sugar with butter and eggs in a bowl. Bring to a homogeneous consistency.
  3. Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt to knead the dough.
  4. Wash the plums and divide them into halves.
  5. Put the dough into the baking dish, then top with the plums.
  6. Sprinkle the cake with a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon and bake for 45 minutes.

Plum pie with milk

Ingredients:

  • Plums - 10 pcs.
  • Milk - 125 ml
  • Flour - 250 g
  • Melted butter - 150 g
  • Granulated sugar - 150 g
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
  • Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
  • Lemon zest - 1 tsp
  • A pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar for serving

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar.
  2. Add flour, vanilla sugar, milk, butter and salt. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  3. Add baking powder and lemon zest.
  4. Wash the plums and divide them into halves.
  5. Pour the batter into the baking dish and top with the plums.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Decorate with powdered sugar.

  • Oil - 1 \ 2 tbsp

  • Plums - 16-20 pcs
  • Cinnamon for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar.
  2. Add kefir and vegetable oil. Beat until smooth.
  3. Add flour and baking powder.
  4. Wash the plums and divide them into halves.
  5. Pour the batter into the baking dish and top with the plums.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
