Legendary plum pie – quick recipes
Plum pie is probably one of the most beloved dishes. Especially when the plum season is in full swing. Therefore, every housewife will need a recipe for this delicacy – it is eaten so quickly that it does not even have time to cool down.

Classic plum pie
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Plums - 12 pcs
- Butter - 100 g
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Sift the flour and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Beat sugar with butter and eggs in a bowl. Bring to a homogeneous consistency.
- Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt to knead the dough.
- Wash the plums and divide them into halves.
- Put the dough into the baking dish, then top with the plums.
- Sprinkle the cake with a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon and bake for 45 minutes.
Plum pie with milk
Ingredients:
- Plums - 10 pcs.
- Milk - 125 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Melted butter - 150 g
- Granulated sugar - 150 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp
- A pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar for serving
Method of preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar.
- Add flour, vanilla sugar, milk, butter and salt. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Add baking powder and lemon zest.
- Wash the plums and divide them into halves.
- Pour the batter into the baking dish and top with the plums.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Decorate with powdered sugar.
Plum pie on yogurt
Ingredients:
- Kefir - 1 tbsp.
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 \ 2 tbsp
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
- Plums - 16-20 pcs
- Cinnamon for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar.
- Add kefir and vegetable oil. Beat until smooth.
- Add flour and baking powder.
- Wash the plums and divide them into halves.
- Pour the batter into the baking dish and top with the plums.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
