What better way to warm up on an autumn evening than with a glass of fragrant and delicious mulled wine? There is hardly any better alternative. Mulled wine is an alcoholic beverage made based on wine with the addition of fruit and various spices. It is very popular in the cold season, and therefore there is no home where this delicious drink is not loved and prepared.

Apple mulled wine
Ingredients:
- Dry red wine - 150 ml
- Black strong tea - 150 ml
- Orange juice - 50 ml
- Dark rum - 40 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Apple - 1/2
- Lemon - 1/2
- Caraway - 1 pc
- Cloves - 2 pcs
Method of preparation:
- Chop apples and lemon randomly.
- Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan. Stirring, heat the mulled wine, but do not bring it to a boil.
- Serve hot or warm.
Mulled wine with cognac and coffee
Ingredients:
- Wine - 600 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Cognac - 70 ml
- Espresso coffee - 1 cup
- Lemon - for serving
Method of preparation:
- Mix wine, cognac, and coffee in a saucepan. Add sugar and put on fire.
- Stirring constantly, bring the drink to a boil.
- Serve hot or warm with lemon slices.
Mulled wine with dark beer
Ingredients:
- Dark beer - 700 ml
- Cardamom - 1 g
- Ginger - 5 g
- Cinnamon sticks - 1 pc
- Nutmeg - 0.4 g
- Cloves - 3 pcs
- Honey - 5 tsp
- Orange - 1 pc
- Lemon - 1 pc
Method of preparation:
- Pour beer into a saucepan and put on fire. Heat, but do not bring it to a boil.
- Add spices and the rest of the ingredients, and stir. Add the lemon and return to the heat.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange rings.
