The method of preparation:

1. Prepare the white layer. Pour gelatin with cold water and leave for 10 minutes.

2. Mix sour cream with condensed milk and milk. Mix until smooth.

3. Heat the gelatin in the microwave and cool, then pour it into the sour cream and milk mixture.

4. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until it is completely set.

5. Prepare the chocolate layer. Pour gelatin with cold water and leave for 10 minutes.

6. Add sugar to the sour cream and stir until the sugar dissolves.

7. Pour milk over the chocolate and heat in the microwave. Stir until the chocolate is melted.

8. Add gelatin to the warm chocolate mixture and stir.

9. Mix the warm chocolate mass with sour cream and pour into the mold on top of the white layer.

10. Put it in the fridge until it hardens.
