No cream and eggs: how to make low-calorie ice cream in 5 minutes
As soon as it gets warm outside, you immediately want something cool and delicious. For example, ice cream, which you can make at home and be sure of the quality of the product. If you're keeping fit and want to make a low-calorie dessert, fruit ice cream with natural sweetener is the best option.
Food blogger and nutritionist Alex Mil (mil_alexx) shared a recipe for fruit ice cream on his Instagram page that turns out to be very tasty and low-calorie.
Ingredients:
- bananas - 2 pcs
- strawberries - 190 g
- milk - 60 ml
- honey - 20 g
For serving:
- nuts - 5 g
- chocolate topping - 5 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-freeze the strawberries and peeled banana in the freezer.
2. Then beat the frozen fruit, milk, and honey in a blender until smooth.
3. Put the resulting mass on a plate.
4. Garnish with nuts and topping if desired.
