Zendaya repeats Cher's iconic look from the 70s

American actress Zendaya impressed her fans with her bold look at the 39th Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. The star of the TV series "Euphoria" repeated the iconic outfit of one of the culprits of the triumphant event, singer Cher, in which she posed for the cameras back in the 70s.

The 28-year-old celebrity took to the red carpet in Cleveland, Ohio, in a "naked" dress from the collection of designer Bob Mackie, created at the beginning of our century, writes the Daily Mail. In a symbolic way, the actress publicly paid tribute to the legendary performer from the stage.

At the important event, Zendaya appeared in a revealing vintage dress with an open back and belly. The skirt and the top of the outfit were connected by several thin straps, and the whole outfit was covered with beads and shimmering stones.

The celebrity added some interesting elements to her look, opting for gold heels and a chunky bracelet. Zendaya didn't experiment with hair and makeup to avoid looking too strange, so she opted for loose hair with a center parting. She emphasized her eyes with brown eyeshadow and applied nude lipstick to her lips.

Cher herself demonstrated a similar "naked" dress back in 1972. At that time, the singer also used the services of Bob Mackie, who created more than one iconic outfit for the 78-year-old celebrity.
