Ingredients:
- Water - 2 liters
- Spaghetti - 200 g
- Shrimps - 130 g
- Mussels - 130 g
- Cream - 120 ml
- Olive oil - 2-3 tbsp
- Butter - 10 g
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves.
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Boil the spaghetti until half cooked.
- Put the shrimp and mussels in a frying pan with the garlic, salt, and olive oil, stir and pour the cream, and bring to a boil.
- Transfer the cooked spaghetti to the frying pan, stir, and sprinkle with hard cheese.
2. Pasta with shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti - 250 g
- Shrimps - 200 g
- Cream - 150 ml
- Butter - 20 g
- Onions - 50 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
- Parsley - 20 g
- Parmesan cheese - 50 g
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, chop the onion and garlic finely, fry until golden brown.
- Add the peeled shrimp, stir, and fry for about 2-3 minutes.
- Season well with salt and pepper, stir again, add cream, and bring to a boil.
- Boil the spaghetti and add to the pan, stir.
Sprinkle the dish with grated Parmesan cheese and herbs before serving.
