Warm liver and orange salad for lunch: simple recipe for a spicy dish
Salad is the simplest dish, which is always based on vegetables, seafood, meat, anchovies, liver, and fish. Spicy dressings are added to brighten the flavor.
Food blogger Anastasia Solopiy shared a recipe for a delicious warm liver salad with orange and delicious dressing on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- liver - 50 g
- lettuce leaves, spinach - 50 g
- cherry tomatoes - 4-5 pcs.
- orange - 1 pc.
- oil or ghee
- salt - a pinch
For the dressing:
- hot mustard - 1 tsp.
- honey - 1 tsp.
- olive oil - 1 tsp.
- orange or lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash, peel, dry and cut the liver.
2. Heat a pan and fry the liver well in oil in small portions so that the pieces do not touch each other.
3. Fry the liver for 8 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes.
4. Season with salt.
5. Peel the orange, cut it into 8 pieces, cut off the white membranes (the juice from the slices can be used for dressing).
6. Wash the lettuce leaves well and place them on a plate.
7. Add the orange, cherry tomatoes cut in half and fried liver.
8. Drizzle with the delicious dressing and serve the salad immediately.
