Today, FoodOboz editorial team shares the simplest recipe for real Belgian waffles that you can cook at least every day and they will be tasty, soft, and flavorful.
Soft Belgian waffles with milk in 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- Flour - 180 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Milk - 230 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 8 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
- Separate the whites from the yolks, put the whites in the refrigerator, and grind the yolks with sugar.
- Add vanilla sugar, butter, and warm milk, and mix well until smooth.
- Sift the flour, add the baking powder, and salt, and pour into the egg and butter mixture, mix well.
- Whisk the whites until stiff, add to the batter, and mix gently.
- Preheat a waffle iron, put the batter in, and bake for about 5 minutes.
Before serving, pour the waffles with caramel, and any syrup of your choice and add jam.
