In the morning, you always want to cook tasty and nutritious dishes, and quickly. An excellent breakfast option would be pancakes – airy and satisfying pancakes to which you can add any syrups, jams, berries, and fruits.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares the simplest recipe for delicious, airy banana pancakes that always turn out very well.
Ingredients:
- flour - 90 g
- bananas - 1 pc.
- milk - 150 ml
- eggs - 1 pc.
- butter - 20 g
- sugar - 20 g
- salt - to taste
- baking powder - 2 tsp.
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Sift the flour well twice, add baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, and mix.
- Mash the banana well with a fork, add the egg yolk, melted butter, milk, and vanilla, and beat well.
- Pour the finished banana mixture into the flour mixture and mix.
- Whisk the egg whites and sugar into a fluffy foam and gently add to the batter, mix and bake the pancakes in a dry, hot frying pan.
The finished dish can be eaten both hot and cold, it will be equally tasty. Be sure to pour honey or any syrup over the pancakes to give them an even richer flavor.
