1. Classic cheesecakes on rice flour without sugar
Homemade cheesecakes
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- rice flour - 40 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- banana - 1 pc.
- coconut oil - 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mash the cottage cheese well with a fork, add flour, egg, and banana, and mix everything thoroughly.
- Heat a frying pan, put a piece of butter, form pancakes with your hands, and fry until cooked.
2. Berry pancakes

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 400-500 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- currants - 200 g
- banana - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
- Mash the cottage cheese, add the egg, banana, and currant, mix and form the cheesecakes with your hands, put them in a mold, and put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
3. Cheesecakes with dates

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 300-400 g
- dates - 10 pcs.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- rice flour - 2 tbsp.
- banana - 1 pc.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- coconut oil - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Peel the banana, mash it, add cottage cheese, rice flour, baking powder, and egg, and mix.
- Wash the dates and chop them finely, add them to the dough, and form them into cheesecakes with your hands.
- Heat a frying pan, put a piece of butter, and fry the cheesecakes.
