Roasted young potatoes with garlic: they have never tasted better

No matter how you serve young potatoes, you will always get an incredibly tasty dish. This vegetable has been one of the most popular since the onset of summer. It is not surprising as its taste is incomparable.

A food blogger with the nickname tastystories feed posted a recipe for cooking young potatoes with garlic on Instagram. According to her, these are the most delicious fried young potatoes she has ever tasted.

Ingredients

  • small young potatoes - 1 kg
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • dill - 3 sprigs
  • oil for frying
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation

1. Wash and dry the potatoes with a towel.

2. Heat oil or lard in a frying pan and put the potatoes in. First, fry over high heat for a couple of minutes, stirring, and then cover and continue frying. Stir from time to time.

3. After 10 minutes, remove the lid and fry without it until tender.

4. Once the potatoes are ready, squeeze the garlic, add chopped dill and salt, and fry over low heat for a few more minutes.
