How to prepare the perfect chocolate sponge cake

Ingredients:

• flour - 120 g
• sugar - 150 g
• vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
• starch - 25 g

• cream - 80 g
• eggs - 5 pcs
• dark chocolate - 1 bar

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar to make a fluffy mass.

2. Sift the flour, add the starch and mix very gently so that the mass does not fall off.

3. Cover the baking dish with parchment and pour in the finished batter. Cover with foil and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

4. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add the cream and mix well.

5. Pour the chocolate over the finished sponge cake and let it brew.

You can decorate the delicious cake with fruits, berries, cream, or jam to taste.
