By cooking fillet with onions and pineapples, you will get not only juicy and tender meat, but also with a light sweet and sour flavor.

Ingredients:
- turkey fillet
- hard cheese
- pineapples
- garlic
- onion
- cream cheese/sour cream
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet and beat it off.
2. Season with salt and pepper and rub with garlic.
3. Cut the onion into rings and place on a baking sheet.
4. Put the meat and coat it with sour cream. Put the pineapple slices.
5. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the meat.
6. Bake at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.
