It is not true that cooking at home takes a lot of time and effort. A full dinner can be prepared in just twenty to thirty minutes.

The FoodOboz editorial team tells you how to quickly cook Italian pasta – with pesto, tuna, shrimp, or classic carbonara and bolognese.

Pasta

Pasta with pesto sauce

  • farfalle (pasta bows) – 4 handfuls
  • cherry tomatoes – 10 pcs.
  • green basil – 1 bunch
  • walnuts – 50 g
  • oil – 60 ml
  • grated Parmesan cheese – 50 g
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the pesto sauce. Wash the basil, dry it with a towel, tear off the leaves, and put them in a blender. Add the nuts, Parmesan cheese, peeled garlic, oil, and lemon juice. Blend with a blender. Do not blend for a long time, the sauce should be of a loose consistency.
  3. Put the pesto sauce in a heated frying pan, add the boiled pasta, and simmer for a few minutes over low heat.
  4. Serve with chopped cherry tomatoes.
Pasta

Pasta with tuna

  • short pasta – 4 handfuls
  • Tuna in its own juice – 100 g
  • frozen peas – 0.5 cups
  • cream – 0.5 cups
  • grated Parmesan cheese – 2 tbsp
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • salt, pepper – to taste
  • oil – 2 tbsp.
  1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Dip the peas in boiling salted water, wait until the water boils again, and boil for 3-5 minutes after boiling.
  2. Pour oil into a deep frying pan, add a crushed clove of garlic. Fry for a few minutes. After the garlic gives off a flavor, remove it from the pan.
  3. Instead, add the boiled pasta and peas, pour in the cream, and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add tuna and Parmesan, pepper and mix well. Add salt if necessary.
Pasta

Pasta with shrimp

  • spaghetti – 150 g
  • frozen shrimp (tails) – 200 g
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • butter – 3 tbsp
  • parsley – 3-4 sprigs
  • lemon – 2 slices (for serving)
  • salt, pepper – to taste
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. When ready, drain in a colander. Pour a little water from under the pasta into a cup, we will need it later.
  2. Put the shrimp in a deep frying pan, add a little water, and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and cover with a lid - let them stew in their own juice while defrosting.
  3. When the liquid in the pan has evaporated, add butter and squeeze the garlic. Fry over low heat, stirring occasionally, for five minutes, so that the butter and garlic envelop the shrimp on all sides.
  4. Add the boiled pasta and a little of the pasta liquid to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Serve with finely chopped parsley and a slice of lemon.
Pasta

Pasta carbonara

  • spaghetti – 150 g
  • bacon – 100 g
  • egg yolks – 4 pcs
  • heavy cream (33%) – 100 ml
  • grated Parmesan cheese – 50 g
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • salt and pepper – to taste
  1. Combine egg yolks, cream, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well, but do not beat.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. When ready, drain in a colander.
  3. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  4. Fry the bacon in a deep frying pan over low heat. Fry for several minutes until the fat is melted. Then add garlic, pepper and fry for another two minutes.
  5. Combine the boiled spaghetti with the fried bacon and mix. Add the cream sauce and quickly mix the pasta with the sauce. Put it on plates and serve immediately. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while serving.
Pasta

Pasta Bolognese

  • Tagliatelle – 150 g
  • minced beef – 250 g
  • carrots (small) – 1 pc.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • celery stalk – 1 pc.
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • tomatoes in their own juice – 300 g
  • salt, pepper – to taste
  • grated Parmesan cheese – for serving
  • oil
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the bolognese sauce. Peel the carrots and onions and chop them finely with a knife. Finely chop the celery. Fry in a deep frying pan in vegetable oil until soft.
  3. Add the minced meat, salt and pepper. Fry over low heat, stirring and breaking up lumps, until the minced meat loses its red color.
  4. Blend the tomatoes with a blender along with the juice. Add the mixture to the pan with the minced meat, and bring to a boil. Then simmer everything together over medium heat for about seven minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the meat sauce and stir.
