How to cook juicy chicken fillet is no longer a secret. And you don't have to spend the whole day at the stove. All you need is a few affordable ingredients, and in 30-40 minutes you can enjoy not only a delicious but also a fairly dietary dish.
Nutritionist Alex Mil shared the simplest recipes for juicy fillets on Instagram.
Chicken fillet with mozzarella in tomato sauce
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 700-800
- tomatoes in their own juice - 1 can
- mozzarella - 80-100 g
- salt, pepper
- basil (dried/fresh)
Method of preparation:
1. Put the tomatoes in a baking dish.
2. Add the fillet. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with basil.
3. Put the mozzarella slices on top.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
Chicken fillet with vegetables
Ingredients:
- frozen broccoli - 350 g
- mixture of frozen vegetables - 150
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs
- tomatoes - 1 pc
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- hard cheese - 30-40 g
- salt, pepper
- dried garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Put broccoli in a baking dish and pour the mixture of frozen vegetables over.
2. Make 2-3 cuts in the fillet and put one tomato slice in each of them. Put in the baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with spices.
4. Brush with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
