Another variation of the classic dish is deep-fried poached egg. This is definitely the best option for lovers of unusual combinations and flavors. The recipe was shared by food blogger Anna Davydenko on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • breadcrumbs for breading
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. First, boil a traditional poached egg. To do this, carefully break the egg into a cup so as not to damage the yolk. Then pour it into boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
