Ingredients:

  • broccoli - 2 pcs.
  • bacon - 6 slices
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • olive oil - to taste
  • green onions - 1 bunch

dressing:

  • garlic - 1 tooth.
  • Dijon mustard - 2 tsp.
  • olive oil - 6 tbsp.
  • wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • sea salt - to taste
  • ground pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the broccoli, divide it into florets, boil it in salted water, and place it on a paper towel.
  2. Fry the bacon and chop it very finely.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  4. For the dressing: chop the garlic, put it in a bowl, mix with olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, and pepper, add mustard, and mix.
  5. Put the broccoli and tomatoes on a plate, pour the dressing over them, sprinkle with chopped bacon, and serve the delicious salad.
