Chef Jamie Oliver shared a recipe on his YouTube channel for a delicious broccoli dish that everyone will love – broccoli salad with bacon and green onions.
Ingredients:
- broccoli - 2 pcs.
- bacon - 6 slices
- tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- olive oil - to taste
- green onions - 1 bunch
dressing:
- garlic - 1 tooth.
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp.
- olive oil - 6 tbsp.
- wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.
- sea salt - to taste
- ground pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the broccoli, divide it into florets, boil it in salted water, and place it on a paper towel.
- Fry the bacon and chop it very finely.
- Cut the tomatoes into slices.
- For the dressing: chop the garlic, put it in a bowl, mix with olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, and pepper, add mustard, and mix.
- Put the broccoli and tomatoes on a plate, pour the dressing over them, sprinkle with chopped bacon, and serve the delicious salad.
