Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 500 gr
- Red onion - 1 pc
Ingredients for sauce
- Yogurt/sour cream/mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Honey/syrup - 1 tsp.
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Parsley / dill - 1 bundle
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Capers - 1 tsp. optional
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation method
1. Slice cucumbers and onions and mix in a deep container.
