Eggplant spread: how to quickly prepare a delicious appetizer

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty, easy-to-make eggplant spread, with nuts and spices.
Ingredients:
- Eggplant - 1 pc.
- Pepper - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 1 head
- Parsley - a bunch
- Spices
- Mustard oil
- Nuts
Method of preparation:
1. prick eggplants with a fork, put together with peppers and garlic in a mold, pour oil and bake.
2. Remove the skin, transfer to a blender, add the parsley and blend until smooth.
3. Place the mixture on a plate, sprinkle with nuts and you can eat!
