- Eggplant - 1 pc.
- Pepper - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 1 head
- Parsley - a bunch
- Spices
- Mustard oil
- Nuts
Method of preparation:
1. prick eggplants with a fork, put together with peppers and garlic in a mold, pour oil and bake.
