Juicy fall strudel with apples: a must make this season
Strudel is a delicious pastry with apples, which many people associate with the fall period. Tender dough perfectly combines with a juicy filling. For tea or cocoa - just what you need.
The idea of preparing autumn apple strudel was published on the page of food blogger Evgenia Malinevska ( ev.malinevska ) in Instgaram. The dough is prepared simply.
Ingredients for the dough:
- flour - 250 g
- warm water - 100 ml.
- sunflower oil - 20 ml.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- eggs - 1 pc.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- medium apples - 2-3 pcs.
- cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 3 tbsp.
- egg or butter for greasing
Ingredients for decoration:
- caramel popcorn
- Caramel and ice cream ball for serving
Preparation method:
1. In a container, mix all dough ingredients.
2. Knead the dough into a soft and sticky dough.
3. Brush with oil and leave under a towel for 30 minutes.
4. Cut the apples into cubes and put into a bowl.
5. Add cinnamon, sugar and lemon juice.
6. Mix well.
7. Place the dough on a floured surface.
8. Roll out into a rectangle.
9. Then carefully take the dough in your hands and start stretching it with your fists. You should get a thin, translucent dough.
10. Place the filling on the edge of the dough and wrap into a roll.
11. Grease with egg or butter and put to bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees until golden color.

12. Decorate with caramel, crunchy popcorn and serve with a ball of ice cream.
