  • Avocado - 1 pc
  • Lime - 1 pc
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Pepper - ½ tsp.
  • Nutmeg - ½ tsp.

Preparation method

1. Cut a large ripe avocado in half and remove the pit. Cut it into smaller pieces to fit in the blender.

2. In a deep container squeeze the juice of the lime.

3. Boil eggs until cooked, peel and cut into random pieces.

4. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

5. Chop until homogeneous, then add lime juice and mix everything well again.
