Ingredients:

  • kefir - 500 ml
  • egg - 1 pc
  • sugar - 3 tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • flour - 400 g

Method of preparation:

1. Add the egg, sugar, salt, flour, and baking soda to the kefir and mix.

2. Spoon the batter onto a hot frying pan with oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
