Ingredients:

  • mushrooms - 1 kg.
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.

Ingredients for the marinade:

  • vegetable mix seasoning - 1 tsp.
  • vinegar - 70 g
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • garlic - 1/2 head
  • oil - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the mushrooms for 5 minutes.

2. Drain the water.

3. Pour the marinade over the hot mushrooms.

4. Add the pepper, cut into strips.

5. Stir occasionally.

6. When the mushrooms have cooled down, they can be eaten right away or refrigerated until they have a brighter flavor.
