Chicken gizzards in sauce: how to make a tasty and budget dish
Chicken entrails such as gizzards, livers and hearts are often used to prepare a variety of appetizers, hot dishes, salads and additions to side dishes. The most affordable and budget-friendly of these are gizzards, which reveal their flavor perfectly when combined with sauces. And despite the fact that simple products are used, they can produce impeccable results when cooked properly.
Food blogger Yulia shared a recipe for stewed chicken gizzards in sauce on her Instagram page.
