Ingredients:

  • corn grits – 105 g
  • corn flour – 90 g
  • water – 1800 ml
  • salt – 1 tbsp
Corn porridge for polenta

Method of preparation:

1. Pour water into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Bring it to a boil and add salt.

2. Pour the corn grits into the boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes.

3. Pour in the corn flour, stirring well.

4. Cook over low heat without stirring until the cereal is ready. The consistency should become sticky and dense. Then tamp the mixture and leave it on the fire for another 5 minutes.⠀
