  • sour cream 20% - 300 g
  • sugar - 50 g
  • vanillin
  • gelatin - 10 g
  • water for gelatin - 60 g

  • apricots - 350 g
  • sugar - 35 g
  • lemon juice - 15 g
  • zest of 1 lemon
