Pizza will be fluffy and light: we share the recipe for the perfect dough in warm water
Very often, pizza turns out to be dry and tasteless because of the dough. To make the dough thin and elastic, it needs to be cooked in warm water, adding oil.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for the perfect pizza dough that will be very tasty and successful.
Ingredients:
- flour - 680 g
- salt - 14 g
- dry yeast - 3 g
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- oil - 2 tbsp
- water (warm) - 480 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm (not hot) water.
2. Sift the flour into a container, and add salt, yeast water, and oil. Knead the dough only until the flour is completely moistened. It will be sticky but do not add more flour.
3. Grease a surface with vegetable oil and place the dough, knead and transfer the dough to a bowl, cover with cling film, and leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
