How to quickly cook bean and mushroom paste, recipe

Ingredients:

  • boiled mushrooms – 200 g
  • boiled beans – 200 g
  • onion – 1 pc
  • vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • cumin – 1\2 tsp
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • lemon juice – 1-2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper
  • baguette\loaf – for serving

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion and fry it until soft.

2. Crush the garlic and add to the onion along with the mushrooms.

3. Pre-boil the beans and add to the mushrooms. Do not pour out the bean broth, it may be needed to adjust the consistency of the paste.

What to cook with beans and mushrooms

4. Add cumin, salt and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

5. Pour the prepared mass into a blender bowl. Add lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
