If you have flour, sugar, and eggs, you can make a delicious tea cake very quickly. It requires a minimum of products.
Ingredients:
- flour – 300 g
- eggs – 3-4 pcs
- butter – 220 g
- raisins – 180 g
- salt – a pinch
- vanilla sugar – 10 g
- sugar – 170 g
Method of preparation:
1. Soak the raisins in water for 1.5-2 hours, overnight.
2. Beat the soft butter with sugar, add all the sugar, then the eggs one by one.
3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the butter mixture, mix everything with a spatula or spoon.
4. Add the raisins to the finished dough, mix, put in a mold or separate molds, and bake for 1 hour at 165 C.
Remove the cake from the oven, leave it for 10 minutes, and cut it.
